Freeze-Dried Beef Recipe

My dogs liked this food. It's very much on the pricey side for dog food. It might be better used as a topper or treats for extra protein. The ingredient list looks good with beef and beef heart listed first. It appears to be very high quality food. It does smell like dog food but I expected that. I got the smallest bag and have been using it as high value treats. Based on my dogs' response, I assume this tastes really great.

For some reason, my dog loves freeze-dried little chunks of treats. She gobbles these up. These are a great size for training and they are not sticky. Five stars.

I understand this is supposed to be dog food but I am using these as treats. My bag isn't big enough to feed regularly, but it's enough to tell if the dog likes it or not, and he does. He seems to enjoy the crunch and flavor. I don't know if raw is actually better, but I will say that the ingredients are good whole foods and the first four ingredients are all beef. It doesn't have a bad smell like some dog foods do. The dog really enjoys this, but it's pretty pricey, so if you have a large breed dog as I do, this isn't very economical.

My dogs love these as a healthy alternative to training snacks. It�s a bit pricey but always goes on sale.

My dog, Frankie, loved it. The nice thing about this product is that you can give it as a treat, feed it dry as a whole meal, use it as a topper on their other Best Breed food or soak it in water for a few minutes for a delicious meal. My dog, Frankie�s coat is absolutely beautiful since I started on this premium dog food.

My dogs absolutely love this freeze-dried food. They get excited every time I open the bag, so I have no complaints about the taste or quality. That said, the pieces are much smaller than I expected, and the recommended serving sizes would make this incredibly expensive to feed on a regular basis. If I actually followed the feeding guidelines, I'd have to refinance my house! It's a great product as an occasional topper or treat, but for everyday feeding, the cost adds up way too quickly.

Sometimes I mix it in with his regular kibble as a topper � he perks right up! Other times, I just give him a little bit as a reward after training. It�s so convenient to have all those options. I also like that it includes probiotics, fiber and New Zealand green-lipped mussel. I highly recommend giving it a try if you want to give your dog a nutritious and delicious boost!

My pet was immediately interested in these, which is always the first test with any new treat in our house. I like the freeze-dried texture because the pieces are easy to portion and don't make much of a mess when I'm handing them out. The beef recipe also makes these feel a little more substantial than a lot of basic crunchy treats. The 4-ounce bag isn't huge, but freeze-dried treats are lightweight so there is a decent amount inside. These have been an easy treat to keep on hand, and most importantly, my pet is happy whenever the bag comes out.

There is nothing too special about this dog food. We used it to supplement our dog's regular food and he seemed to like it. The ingredients list doesn't seem bad, and seeing that it is higher in protein is nice. But that's about all there is to say about it. It's dog food. There's nothing that makes me want to order it again, and definitely not at the price it sits at. If your dog needs extra protein and you can't find other options that work, then you can get this. But otherwise, there is nothing too unique about it.
