Coldwater Recipe (Salmon)

We have been serving our pet Dr. Gary’s for years and find that it provides all the promised results.

My 11 month old dog loves this recipe! His coat is looking great and everything good with his poops.

They all love this brand. They all have healthy skin and coats and clear bright eyes. Plenty of energy.

I�ve been feeding Dr Gary�s Best Breed kibble for a couple of years now and both my 7 y.o. Rottweiler and my 14 y.o. Blue Heeler/Rat Terrier love it. The Rottie gets a heaping rounded 1 c scoop for breakfast, and about 1-1/2 to 2 c at dinner mixed with about 5 oz of high quality wet food that I rotate every couple of days. The Blue Heeler gets about 1/2 c kibble plus 1 oz wet food for dinner (he�s only 22 lbs, blind and is sedentary so he doesn�t need a lot as he�ll gain weight really easily). My Rottweiler knows I put his breakfast out while he�s supposed to be going for his first morning potty, and sometimes he just stands on the deck a few seconds then runs right back inside to eat, instead of taking care of his business first.

They both like it and eat it everyday.

This is the first dogfood that my boys absolutely love! No chicken -good ingredients! They eat it up and want more!

This is the first time with this brand, my dog loves this one more than the other brand. At his first bowl, he licked the bowl to get every bit of flavor. I have never seen him do that with the other dog food.

Stools regular and solid, the shipment was very quick. My dog is happy.

I switched from grain-free food because of all the controversy about grain-free diets. They were okay with Dr. Gary's grain-free salmon but love this food. I mixed it in until the grain-free food was gone. I like the salmon flavor because of their sensitive tummies. I have two Shih Tzus and a Belgian Shepherd, and they all like it.

For years I have looked for a brand that all four dogs can eat. I found it with Dr Gary�s Coldwater recipe! Three xl breeds and one small dog all enjoy this same bag of food!

Not only is it good for our dogs but our dogs like it.

Dr Gary's is the highest quality kibble on the market. If you can't afford a raw diet this is an excellent alternative. Dr Gary's salmon formula cleared up my Berner's allergies completely! They're a great company. I'm glad to know they've never had a recall and my dog is getting human grade ingredients

This product comes in a great bag that zips to close. My aging dogs digest it well when other brands were not. Small sized kibble can accommodate any size mouth.

It's a great product my 12 year old dog seems to like it a lot. I just hope it's as good for them as u say I'd like. To keep him found a few more years!

I have a 3-year-old male Bernese Mountain Dog with allergy issues who has always done better on salmon-based kibble. We were on another salmon and veggie formula, but it was grain free and the largest bag didn't last a month. Dr. Gary's has wonderful customer service and is quick to respond to questions. Being on a fixed income, this was actually less expensive for me than what I had been feeding him. My one issue is that the kibble is very small for a giant breed. I add a little canned green tripe and warm water to his meals, which he LOVES. We will stick with Dr. Gary's! Great ingredients, quality food, and still affordable.

We are switching my Golden to this because she is now on a hypoallergenic diet excluding animal fats of and beef, chicken,lamb protein due to protein allergies. She loves it and is still in a75% switch but so do we no paw licking,scratching to excess or very dirty ears. Food also actually smells good and has no meals or legume,potatoes in it. It also has some glucosamine sources in it and probiotics for a large breed dog, but we also supplement those. Kibble size is as small as Zukes but not a problem. I would endorse this food for dogs with allergies and large breed dogs

I have 2 Bernese Mountain Dogs and a Cavalier King Charles Spaniel. One of my Berners has environmental allergies that make his skin go crazy - scaling, bumps and hives, secretions. He was prone to ear infections and general was a miserable boy. This food, in combination with great veterinary care, has made a world of difference. They all love it, it has wonderful nutritional support, and it focuses on joint support (big dogs of all breeds need this) along with skin health in the form of all of the Omega fat acids. A wonderful product!

Our dog loves this food. She finds it tasty and kibble a good size. I like the quality and value. Even better, the bag is resealable (kind of like velcro). The smell is not overpowering.

So my German Shepard loves this, but offends herself when she breaks wind. She passed gas, smelled herself, and ran out of the room. Also if your dog is prone to constipation this might help, on the flip side if you don't have that issue the stool will be pasty. Sometimes I have to help her get stool off her fluff tail, you've been warned.

Most dog foods my dog didn�t like. Loves this one

I bought this Best Breed salmon and veg dry food to rotate proteins. I opened the bag and noticed right away how good it smells! The dogs like it. Haven't used it long enough to know longer term results but short term is all positive.

I recently attended a PetExpo and Doctor Gary"s was represented. We have a 13 year old Boxer/Shepherd mix, and 7 year old Husky/Shepherd mix who is over weight. This food is awesome due to the Boxer mix gas stinks are no more, their skin and coats are amazing, and it has helped with the weight issue.

My dogs love this food. Their coats are so soft and nourished.

This salmon recipe is a great product. Our Airedale Terrier loves it. The breeder we bought her from recommended it and we have been extremely satisfied.

My 140+ lb, 3.5-year-old Bernese Mountain Dog STILL goes bananas when his food arrives. During the pandemic we ran out and tried another brand, and within a couple of days his allergies were acting up again. His coat began to look awful and he was shedding much more than normal. On Dr. Gary's he actually eats less and poops less, usually once a day like clockwork. I noticed with other brands he was pooping 3�4 times as much. Since starting Dr. Gary's we've not had a single visit to the vet for his allergies. We used to go monthly.

I switched from a grain-free product of another company. This did take a little getting used to because the ingredients are different. My dogs love anything fish, so the flavor was not a problem. I did the research and found this food to be very good, and while not cheap, at least affordable for me. The only thing I would change is the kibble size � it is pretty tiny. Overall, this one is a standout.

My dog has food allergies. This food is wonderful. She has been eating it for about three years. She also eats wet food once a day and has a very sensitive belly. The kibble size is great for a toy breed. Dr. Gary's and another food are what we feed her.

We have a 13 year old dog with allergies and had been using grain free food for years. We went to a new Vet and they told us that using grain free food was actually bad for dogs hearts. We actually hadn't seen a lot of changes with the grain free and his allergies, so we were willing to try something new. The Vet told us it's usually the beef or chicken, not the grain so we switched to the Salmon based food. Within 2 weeks our dogs are already seeing better results, our senior dog is having less ear build up than he has in years. He isn't shaking and itching all the time and isn't miserable with his allergies. We love Dr. Gary's food and this just made it that much better for our fur babies!
